Support participants, facilitators, residents, and guests when practical needs arise.
Be present at key SOLM activities and events to ensure operations run smoothly.
Anticipate problems and resolve logistical issues before they affect participants or activities.

Flexible working hours aligned with SOLM’s operational needs.
A varied role with exposure to programs, partnerships, hospitality, culture, and community initiatives.
The opportunity to work closely with SOLM’s leadership, partners, learners, artists, and communities.
The opportunity to take increasing ownership as SOLM grows in Cabo Verde.
What Success Looks Like

And when something needs to happen, you take ownership of moving it forward.
